The 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline operates 24/7 and is available from anywhere in the United States. If you are ever faced with thoughts of suicide or other emotional distress, call or text 988 to receive free, confidential support.
2) Crisis Text Line: Text “HOME” to 741741
The Crisis Text Line operates 24/7 and is available from anywhere in the United States. If you ever feel that you are in a crisis, or if you just feel that you need support, texting the Crisis Text Line will connect you to a trained volunteer Crisis Counselor.

1) National Alliance on Mental Health (NAMI)
NAMI is a United States nonprofit organization committed to studying mental health issues and providing support to those affected by them. NAMI is a grassroots organization, meaning that it unites civilians and communities to advocate for a cause.
2) Mental Health America (MHA)
MHA is a United States nonprofit organization focused on promoting mental health and well-being. MHA operates throughout the entire nation, and is influenced directly by the experiences of people affected by mental health issues.

1) Center for Disease Control (CDC) Mental Health Data and Statistics
The CDC Data and Statistics page provides a list of the latest, most reliable mental health resources and statistics. While the list is not comprehensive, it covers a variety of different topics in mental health.
2) On Our Minds Podcast
On Our Minds is a podcast created by students to address various teen mental health concerns. Episodes address the experiences of high school students, spreading education and awareness about teen mental well-being from teens themselves.
