Our podcast gives middle and high-school issues the gravity they deserve, providing education to young people in a language that we can all understand.

Our art blog curates monthly prompts for young artists, displaying your art while providing you with community service hours. We’re helping you heal.

What prompted the creation of One in Five?
As the name would suggest, one in five adults in America struggle with mental health issues. We decided our best course of action would be to tackle this issue at its roots, by helping children and adolescents.
